“In My Early College Era” encapsulates your personal journey and transformative experiences as you navigate your Early College years in New Mexico. This theme emphasizes self-discovery, resilience, and growth as you chart your path, overcome challenges, and build foundations for your future. The summit aims to provide a supportive and empowering environment where you can explore your potential, address barriers, and embrace opportunities for personal and academic development.

Recognizing the diverse challenges you may encounter during your Early College journey, this summit will provide resources, support networks, and strategies to help you overcome obstacles. From academic pressures to personal setbacks,  learn resilience-building techniques, coping mechanisms, and the importance of seeking assistance when needed. Peer mentorship programs and success stories from alumni will inspire you to persevere and thrive in the face of adversity.

Exploring Pathways

Holly Noel

Through engaging workshops, informative sessions, and interactive discussions, you will explore various Early College pathways available to them. Gain insights into different academic tracks, career opportunities, and extracurricular activities that align with your interests and aspirations. Emphasis will be placed on self-assessment, goal setting, and identifying pathways that resonate with your individual strengths and passions.

Building Futures

“In My Early College Era” underscores the importance of intentional planning and preparation for future success. Specialized workshops on financial literacy, career readiness, and personal development will equip you with practical skills and knowledge to navigate your future with confidence. Learn about budgeting, financial aid options, resume building, interview skills, and networking strategies essential for your transition from Early College to higher education or the workforce.  

Option 2:
Fostering Community and Connections


Central to the summit is the creation of a supportive and inclusive community where you can connect, collaborate, and share experiences with peers, educators, and mentors. Networking opportunities, group activities, and collaborative projects will foster meaningful relationships and a sense of belonging among participants. By fostering a culture of support and camaraderie, you will feel empowered to thrive academically and personally during their Early College era.
